My seamstress will fix this prior to posting but I haven't had it done as yet on the off chance that the buyer might like to have the dress taken in to better fit their measurements

The appearance is much like seersucker fabric

There is some stretch to the fabric

Bust: 38 inches +  91

The only slightest issue is that there is some minor fraying with the spaghetti straps at one area and could be tacked down if desired
