Size: 48 but that is Italian sizing which converts to a Size Medium in conversion charts but I think it seems more like a Size Small

I tried it on and I wear a Size 10 and it fit me and there was room left over in the bust area

The pailettes are in matching purple and gold with tiny sparkling rhinestones as well
