RESERVATION / PAYMENT
To guarantee your reservation, a payment of 30% of the total reservation amount must be made by bank transfer.
Proof of payment must be sent by email within 48 hours of making the online reservation. Failure to provide proof of payment within this period may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
INVOICE
If you require an invoice with a VAT/Tax Identification Number (NIF), please complete the “NIF” field during the booking process.
CANCELLATION POLICY
High Season (15 July – 15 September)
For cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total reservation value will apply.
Low Season (15 September – 15 July)
For cancellations made more than 15 days before check-in, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total reservation value will apply.
GENERAL RULES / INFORMATION
- Each house has a maximum occupancy limit as specified on our website. If the number of guests exceeds the number stated in the reservation, a charge of €150 per night for each additional guest will apply.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Recycling and waste separation facilities are available on the property.
- A washing machine is available for guest use.
- Bicycles are available free of charge, subject to availability.
- The swimming pool is treated using a low-chlorine system.
- The facilities and grounds of Quinta do Olival are reserved exclusively for registered guests (visitors are not permitted).
- Guests are expected to use the property, equipment, and utensils responsibly. Any deliberate damage to the property, equipment, or furnishings will be charged to the responsible guest.
- Indoor furniture must not be moved outdoors. Outdoor tables and chairs are provided for this purpose.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the houses.
- Welcome drinks are offered as a courtesy of Quinta do Olival.
- Guests are welcome to enjoy our orchard and community garden.
